You will. Most people start here because they’re not fit yet. Our coaches scale everything so you can train safely, confidently and at your own pace — without feeling out of place.  


Not at all. We specialise in helping everyday people rebuild strength, fitness and routine. You’ll ease in, find your rhythm and feel progress fast. 


Perfect. Manny’s is all the challenge without the chaos. Think HYROX-style conditioning, real strength training and smart programming — minus the pressure and posturing. 


Nope. Small groups mean coaching that actually feels personal and a space that never feels chaotic. 


Bring them. Kids are welcome to relax and hang out in our play space while you train. No need to skip your workout because life is busy. 


Yes. We modify movements, offer alternatives and coach you safely around limitations. Many members join while rehabbing or managing niggles. 


Unlimited classes, a goal-setting check-in, personalised coaching guidance and the chance to feel what training here is really like — challenge, community and results. 


As often as you want. Most members hit 3–5 sessions a week during their intro, but it’s entirely up to you.


Strength & Conditioning (our core sessions), Cardio Club, partner/team workouts and HYROX prep on Sundays. Classes run seven days a week, plus open gym by appointment. 


Yep. We have one-on-one or small group options if you want extra guidance or accountability. 


Your journey doesn’t end after four weeks — it keeps building.

When your intro period finishes, your membership will automatically roll into our ongoing unlimited membership ($57 per week, billed fortnightly), so you can continue training without interruption or losing momentum.


There are no lock-ins — you can cancel anytime with 4 weeks notice — but most members choose to keep going once they start feeling stronger, more mobile, and more energised.
