No, Manny’s Fitness is not an open gym. We specialize in small group fitness classes, where expert instruction and personalized attention are at the heart of everything we do. Our classes are designed to give you the support, guidance, and community feel that open gyms typically can’t provide. Each session is led by experienced trainers and tailored to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete.
At Manny’s Fitness, our small group classes offer the perfect blend of individualized attention and community spirit. Unlike regular gym memberships where you work out on your own, our classes provide structure, expert guidance, and a team atmosphere to keep you motivated. You'll receive personalized coaching in a supportive group setting, making it easier to stay on track and reach your goals.
All classes are capped to ensure you get the attention and coaching you need. Typically, our classes range from 8 to 12 participants, allowing our trainers to provide detailed instruction and adjustments to help you get the most out of every workout.
You don't need any equipment to train with Manny's Fitness. We provide weights, bands, mats, bolsters and anything else you need to complete your workout.
We encourage you to wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and suggest you bring a towel for those sweaty sessions!
Megs Space seemlesly blends vinyasa flow asanas with movement, calisthenics and gymnastics practices to build dynamic, playful and strong sequences that can be enjoyed by anyone.
Classes are typically programmed to run for 1 hour unless otherwise stated on the timetable.
