We specialize in small group fitness classes, where expert instruction and personalized attention are at the heart of what we do. Our classes are designed to give you the support, guidance, and community feel that open gyms typically can’t provide. Each session is led by experienced trainers and tailored to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete.
That said, we recognise that you can't always make it to a class. When it suits, you can use our open gym by appointment. Open gym is currently available Tue/Wed/Thur 9 til 2 and Saturdays 9 til 12. We ask that appointments are booked 24 hours in advance so we can arrange the gym to be opened for you.
At Manny’s Fitness, our small group classes offer the perfect blend of individualized attention and community spirit. Unlike regular gym memberships where you work out on your own, our classes provide structure, expert guidance, and a team atmosphere to keep you motivated. You'll receive personalized coaching in a supportive group setting, making it easier to stay on track and reach your goals.
All classes are capped to ensure you get the attention and coaching you need. Typically, our classes range from 8 to 12 participants, allowing our trainers to provide detailed instruction and adjustments to help you get the most out of every workout.
You don't need any equipment to train with Manny's Fitness. We provide weights, bands, mats, bolsters and anything else you need to complete your workout.
We encourage you to wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and suggest you bring a towel for those sweaty sessions!
Classes are typically programmed to run for 1 hour unless otherwise stated.
Strength & Conditioning classes use intelligent programming and scalable movements to support various goals including building strength, lean muscle and endurance.
