- Strength and Conditioning classes combine intelligent programming with expert instruction to create a fun and dynamic experience.
- Cardio Club is all about turning up the energy and getting your heart pumping. These high-energy sessions focus on building endurance, improving fitness, and having a laugh while you sweat it out alongside your crew.
- Strength & Striking blends the power of functional strength training with the skill and rhythm of striking drills. Learn solid technique, build serious strength, and release some stress—all in one fun, full-body session.
- Hyrox GRIT brings the heat with a hybrid of functional fitness and endurance training. Designed to push your limits, these sessions are all about building resilience, mental toughness, and next-level conditioning—with the support of a strong community.
- Mums & Bubs classes are small group fitness sessions created by mums, for mums. These classes are designed to build holistic fitness in a family-friendly and fun environment.

No, Manny’s Fitness is not an open gym. We specialize in small group fitness classes, where expert instruction and personalized attention are at the heart of everything we do. Our classes are designed to give you the support, guidance, and community feel that open gyms typically can’t provide. Each session is led by experienced trainers and tailored to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete.
At Manny’s Fitness, our small group classes offer the perfect blend of individualized attention and community spirit. Unlike regular gym memberships where you work out on your own, our classes provide structure, expert guidance, and a team atmosphere to keep you motivated. You'll receive personalized coaching in a supportive group setting, making it easier to stay on track and reach your goals.
All classes are capped to ensure you get the attention and coaching you need. Typically, our classes range from 8 to 12 participants, allowing our trainers to provide detailed instruction and adjustments to help you get the most out of every workout.
You don't need any equipment to train with Manny's Fitness. We provide weights, bands, mats, bolsters and anything else you need to complete your workout.
We encourage you to wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and suggest you bring a towel for those sweaty sessions!
Classes are typically programmed to run for 1 hour unless otherwise stated.
Strength & Conditioning classes use intelligent programming and scalable movements to support various goals including building strength, lean muscle and endurance.
Classes may have several components -
- Strength - movements and repetition schema designed to build max strength
- Hypertrophy - movement and repetition schema designed to increase muscle mass
- METCON - fast paced workouts intended to raise the heart rate, build endurance and resilience
- Ancillary Movements - additional sequences designed to enhance mobility, flexibility or target specific muscle groups
