Hi, my name’s Manny. I’m a 47-year-old father of two boys, aged 11 and 8. My professional background is in accounting, and I spent most of my career as a corporate executive leading large-scale transformational change programs across Australia, US, UK and Asia.
Despite my corporate success, my true passion has always been health and fitness. Before my second son was born I spent years training as a bodybuilder and powerlifter, pushing both my mental and physical limits.
Two years ago, I stepped away from the corporate world to focus on my mental health. After navigating a challenging period of depression, I’m now committed to rebuilding my physical health and overall well-being.
Drawing on my experience in change management, I’ve designed this 6-month healthy habits program to support not only my own transformation but also to create a framework that helps others build sustainable, healthy habits. I’m excited to share this journey with you and to work together towards lasting change.
This is your chance to leave quick fixes and fad diets behind. We're looking for 10–15 committed individuals who are ready to work on their fitness, nutrition, mindset, and overall well-being in a supportive, collaborative environment.
What’s Included?
- Upfront 1:1 coaching sessions - these sessions can be arranged for a mutually convenient time during January. These can be tailored to your needs and will cover an initial goal setting session (which we then build upon in workshop 1) along with session(s) to build your confidence in the gym and attending group classes.
- Expert Workshops - The program includes 6 workshops run by experts in their respective fields. Exact timing of the workshops will be set once we have the cohort established so we can determine what is the best fit, however these are likely to be a mix of evenings and weekends to accommodate work schedules. The workshops and approx timings are:
- Workshop 1: Starting Right (Early Feb) - deep dive into the cohort goals, emotional connection, habit formation and more.
- Workshop 2: Nutrition & Fueling Your Body (Mid Feb) - Q&A session with a nutritionist, practical advice, along with a cooking demonstration
- Workshop 3: Psychology of Change (Early Mar) - Discussion with a qualified psychologist, diving deeper into human behaviour and how we can ensure we build lasting change
- Workshop 4: Nervous System Reset (Early Apr) - Understanding the bodies physical reactions to stressors, how to identify and respond to manage and maintain a physical and emotional state that supports healthy habits
- Workshop 5: Mindfulness & Breathwork (Mid May) - Building our knowledge of mindfulness techniques, including breathwork, to support mental clarity and resilience
- Workshop 6: Mobility & Recovery (Early Jun) - Deep dive into our physical selves with a look at enhancing mobility and strength through range of motion and learning about a bodies recovery requirements to prevent injury.
- Cohort Workouts & Meetups - Similar to the workshops the exact timing of these will be determined based on the timing best suiting the cohort, likely to be a weekend, with the cohort staying together to chat after the workout to build relationships, celebrate our achievements and share lessons learned. These sessions will be designed around the collective goals of the cohort and will be once per month starting in Feb.
- Group Classes - Members of the cohort can attend any classes running at Manny's Fitness or Infuse Health. You can find the timetables for each studio here and here. As a member of the cohort, you can find opportunities to exercise that suits you. Between the two studios, this equates to over 80 classes to choose from each week and includes:
- Strength & Conditioning
- Yoga
- Movement
- Striking
- Balance
- Materials - I'll share helpful materials to support your journey, this includes a habit tracker, nutrition guide, recipes and practical advice.
- Check ins - To help with accountability and keeping on track over the period, we will use a weekly 1:1 check in as well as a messenger group for the whole cohort to share our journey and remain connected and support each other. This can all be done at a time that is convenient for you.

- A one-on-one goal-setting session to get started.
- An optional technique session to build your confidence in class.
- Unlimited group class access at your convenience.
Starting in February, we'll bring the full cohort together for workshops, dedicated workouts, and group meet-ups.

- Lose 15kg gained after my shoulder injury.
- Improve mobility and flexibility in my shoulders and hips.
- Achieve a sub-24-minute 5km run.
